Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our technology company warehouse. The successful candidate will manage inventory, warehouse staff, logistics coordination, and stock accuracy for a large volume of technical components and equipment. The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and SAP or other ERP systems to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of technical components and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy using SAP.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and supply chain teams.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive electronic and technical components.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Prepare warehouse reports, KPIs, and stock analysis using SAP.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics providers and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and warehouse best practices.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a technology, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience using SAP or other ERP for inventory and warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • Experience managing warehouses with high volumes of components and spare parts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning systems.
  • Understanding of electronic components handling and storage requirements.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience.
